I started Lovely G New York a few years back and it went pretty well, but it took up a ton of my time and I decided that I wanted more out of life. I love the people in the floral industry and I wanted to do something for them, so this is why I'm starting this website. Being a full time florist is not only fun, but it can be rewarding and lucrative. When you live in a city like New York City, you get to meet a lot of people and make a ton of relationships with really creative people. However, there are also challenges such as providing consistent service and responding to customer demands. I got into the floral business after coming to New York, how I got my first big clients, how I deal with difficult customers and suppliers, and how being an online retailer has affected my business.
